So I try to make this really only the quick, unstructured side note I meant it to be. I thought these last weeks that Canadians are a lot less touchy-feely then we. I guess it depends on people's cultural backgrounds and on experiences and on their personality of course. Still, I noticed many people always simply say "Hi and "Bye". And when that topic came up in the German club one day some girls said they actually disliked the touchiness of people in Europe. Being so used to kisses on cheeks and hugs for me it's really weird with some of my friends; it just feels as if something is missing..
