Naturally it has been warm and sunny today, with only a few clouds on the wonderful blue sky. Naturally yesterday, on our trip to Elk Island national park (about an hour away from Edmonton), the sky was cloudy and it was cold and windy. Naturally it soon started to rain cats and dogs and we abandoned our planned 10.5 kilometre walk after a couple of hundred metres when our shoes were already soaking wet. Nature sucks! But at least we've seen the bisons and also a coyote..



By the way, the smell of Bisons somehow resembles that of weed. So, now I'm wondering: Whenever I've smelt this smell in Edmonton, was it really someone smoking weed, or just someone having a Bison Burger? (Actually, there are really places where you can have Bison Burgers or other dishes with Bison meat. Lucka had it a couple of times and said it's wonderful. I'll tell you when I've tried it..)
