Very interesting fragments. Quite funny to read. I try to add something:
1.) I allways think that unis in small towns ( Linz, innsbruck etc. ) are creazy.You want to now the reason.As a monarch I would try to get all this intellectual system slashers ( Systemkritiker? ) under controll. So put all students ( former now as "linkslinke Gutmenschen ) in one or two big cities or better in countryside ( some political incorrect people would call this ghetto I prever "Eliteuni" ) Give them some locals with an amount of cheep beer ( if you are a very repressive leader, military ). Bingo,lesson number one finished: One danger for your Empire is gone!
A second remark: Foreign language! Forget them. We have to try to keep the "teutsche Volkstum" alive!
2.)Allready mentioned under point one!
3.)Serve your own state. Joachim you said enough. Get a good, busy citiesen the dream of each monarch ( Federal Chancellor) and therefore the only aim of institutionell education! F@#% of Individualisem!
4.)No of course every one should study. Its easy enough. The "ausgesuchteste Talente" should visit a FH :)
